鳥のように、向こうの山に飛んでゆけ、
なんじ、罪に疲れしもの。
清き水の湧き出る泉へゆけ、
そこで身を清めるのだ。
飛び立て、あだ討ちが迫っている、
呼べ、主が聞いてくださる、
主は、ふところに抱いてくださる、
おお、なんじ、罪に疲れしもの、

主は、なんじを護りたもう、永遠に、
あふれる涙を拭いてくださる。
